Do you know you are blessed with everything you need to have as a successful happy Christian life

2 Peter 1:3

[3]His divine power has given us everything we need for a godly life through our knowledge of him who called us by his own glory and goodness. (Everything we need to live as a believer)

God is our father - The word father means source.

He's the source of all our blessings and everything good thing we need in our life is in His possession.

 James 1:17

[17] Every good and perfect gift is from above, coming down from the Father of the heavenly lights, who does not change like shifting shadows.

 Ephesians 1:3

[3]Praise be to the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, who has blessed us in the heavenly realms with every spiritual blessing in Christ.

It is important to know that our blessings exist in the spiritual form and in the heavenly realm but we are in the earthly realm.

1. We need to pray and wait on God

That is why it is important to know it’s our duty of prayers and fasting to bring them from spiritual into the physical realm.

Prayers connect us with the spiritual realm. God spoke everything into being and we can call things that are not into being.

John 6:63 - words are spirit and are alive.

But...

Ephesians 2:2

Between the two reams the devil is the prince (ruler) of the air and operates to hinder our blessings from reaching us.

That is why we ask in prayers and at times we have will have to travail in fasting prayers as warfare as we wait on him

Prayers don’t change God’s will and timing but aligns us with his will and timing and sustain us between timings or season

 2. We need to pray in the spirit

1 Corinthians 14:15

[15]So what shall I do? I will pray with my spirit, but I will also pray with my understanding; I will sing with my spirit, but I will also sing with my understanding.

1 Corinthians 2:12

[26] In the same way, the Spirit helps us in our weakness. We do not know what we ought to pray for, but the Spirit himself intercedes for us through wordless groans.

Romans 8:14-17

[14]For those who are led by the Spirit of God are the children of God.

[15]The Spirit you received does not make you slaves so that you live in fear again; rather, the Spirit you received brought about your adoption to sonship. And by im we cry, “Abba, Father.”

[16]The Spirit himself testifies with our spirit that we are God’s children.

[17]Now if we are children, then we are heirs—heirs of God and co-heirs with Christ, if indeed we share in his sufferings in order that we may also share in his glory.

 3. We need to know our position and our place our possession

[12]What we have received is not the spirit of the world, but the Spirit who is from God, so that we may understand what God has freely given us.

Romans 8:26

prodigal son

Luke 15:29-31

Luke 15:12,29-31

[12]The younger one said to his father, ‘Father, give me my share of the estate.’ So he divided his property between them.

[29]But he answered his father, ‘Look! All these years I’ve been slaving for you and never disobeyed your orders. Yet you never gave me even a young goat so I could celebrate with my friends.

[30]But when this son of yours who has squandered your property with prostitutes comes home, you kill the fattened calf for him!’

[31]“ ‘My son,’ the father said, ‘you are always with me, and everything I have is yours.

son deserve everything a slave deserves nothing

 4. Ignorance leads will cost you untold suffering

1 Peter 1:18-19

[18]For you know that it was not with perishable things such as silver or gold that you were redeemed from the empty way of life handed down to you from your ancestors,

[19]but with the precious blood of Christ, a lamb without blemish or defect.

some people like slaves  are still paying for their deliverance and blessing.

• They have to part with gold and silver in the name of sacrificial giving.

God must be unfair if some of us enjoy salvation and freedom for free but others have to pay

Hosea 4:6

[6]my people are destroyed from lack of knowledge.

“Because you have rejected knowledge,

    I also reject you as my priests;

because you have ignored the law of your God,

I also will ignore your children.

As the church reopens, beware of the minister of such doctrines who are hungry and desperate to cash on desperate suffering ignorance believers.

Matthew 10:7-8

Jesus word

[7]As you go, proclaim this message: ‘The kingdom of heaven has come near.’

[8]Heal the sick, raise the dead, cleanse those who have leprosy, drive out demons. Freely you have received; freely give.

 • During Jesus ministry and the disciple’s ministry just show me anybody among those who were ministered, no single incident where anybody was asked to give or offer anything so as to be ministered. Where did this come from?

 • As for giving, it should be lifestyles of every believer and we should always give sacrificially to honour God.

 1 Samuel 2:30

[30]“Therefore the Lord, the God of Israel, declares: ‘I promised that members of your family would minister before me forever.’ But now the Lord declares: ‘Far be it from me! Those who honour me I will honour, but those who despise me will be disdained.
