2nd Samuel 9:1-13
1. He was a son of Jonah, Grandson of king Saul’ he was five years old when his father and grandfather died at the battle on mount Gilboa.
2. He was taken to Lodiba by a nurse, but on their way he fell down and broke his feet, there he became lame all the days of his life.  (2 Samuel 4:4)

2 Samuel 4:4 New International Version (NIV)
4 (Jonathan son of Saul had a son who was lame in both feet. He was five years old when the news about Saul and Jonathan came from Jezreel. His nurse picked him up and fled, but as she hurried to leave, he fell and became disabled. His name was Mephibosheth.)

Mephibosheth means -SHAME
Lodiba means –LAND OF NOTHING.
Mephibosheth suffered for many years yet he was innocent. -Christianity will not separate us with serious problems, but God will work through them to fulfill his purpose.

Genesis 12:10, KJV: "And there was a famine in the land: and Abram went down into Egypt to sojourn there; for the famine was grievous in the land."

Genesis 11:30, NIV: "Now Sarai was childless because she was not able to conceive."

(Abraham gracious famine )
When you are in circumstances, covered by a large cloud of his silence and feel like you are forgotten , just know we have a God who remember us.
God's divine time cannot be determined by a negative history of your life.
(v3 Ziba said he is crippled)
3.. Never ever despise yourself (I am a dead dog Vs8)
4. Remain optimistic. (38 years man is Bethsaida) (John 5:5-8)
5. What has been lost can be regained but only in Christ. (Joel 2:25).
