Isaiah 43:16-19 (NIV):
16. This is what the Lord says— he who made a way through the sea, a path through the mighty waters,
17. who drew out the chariots and horses, the army and reinforcements together, and they lay there, never to rise again, extinguished, snuffed out like a wick:
18. “Forget the former things; do not dwell on the past.
19. See, I am doing a new thing! Now it springs up; do you not perceive it? I am making a way in the wilderness and streams in the wasteland.

God is encouraging his people to look forward and not dwell on the past.
The "new thing" God is doing is a promise of fresh beginnings and a renewed relationship with his people. It's a call to recognize God's ongoing work and to trust in his ability to make a way even in seemingly impossible situations.

When we have been in the same place we can easily get accustomed to our situation even when it is unfavourable. It can become a norm to an extent we have adapted to live even with pain.
Yani umezea matatizo na shida ni hali yako ya kawaida (So you are used to problems and problems are your normal state).
Worse enough when the situation is for long we give up hope so we do not live with any expectations of change.
As a result, we are not ready for changes or the new move of God.
When all you are accustomed to is the former things, it becomes hard to perceive the shift in the spirit and thus get ready to move in the new dispensation.
God is about to do a new thing in our midst. We can get caught up in our usual old ways that we miss His move.
I pray someone will discern things are changing in the spiritual realm and start letting go of the past and position yourself for what God is about to do.
Let's not be like a man at the pool.
He was so used to pool healing that he almost missed Jesus' new healing.
JOHN 5 The man at the pool
We are not just in March but we also marching to new and greater things.
Read the signs and wake up.

This is a year of Divine increase
We are entering a season of God's visitation and our lives will never be the same again.
It does not matter for long things have been that way, things are about to change.
It is time we discern the times and the season right lest we miss God's visitation.
There is going to be an unusual move of the Spirit that will increase our hunger for God and our relationship with God which will result in an unusual increase in our lives.

Some will experience blessings that you never dreamt of or ever imagined. Do you perceive it?
This is why we need to seek Him even more because it begins in the Spirit before we see it being manifested in the physical. If you miss it in the spirit don't expect it in the physical.
God is doing a new thing. Do you perceive it?
