Part 2.

Impact is not determined by how long you lived but by how many lives you have touched

Our young people are looking for a voice that will speak to them while God is looking for someone to use as a voice. They need direction, instruction, mentorship, counsel, wisdom, and we are the people.

We have 16 million teenagers

In 2012, an estimated 464,000 induced abortions occurred in Kenya. This translates into an abortion rate of 48 per 1,000 women aged 15–49. About half (49%) of all pregnancies in Kenya were unintended and 41% of unintended pregnancies ended in an abortion more than 4 million young people into drug and substance abuse.

Twenty-five million new HIV infections and only 48 % know their status.

The devil and some of your friends in crime won't let you be free since they will lose a boyfriend will not have a partner, abortion doctors wont have clients, condom companies won't make sales.

All you are doing today is fun and enjoying life but what you don't know is whether it is affecting positively or negatively. You twerking at every party you go to, and you think it's fun but wait till your children will begin the same...We live in days that immorality and evil seem to be trending (Eric Omondi and wife material) but our generation is thirsty for Godliness.

Abraham tithed with Levi in his loins “And, so to speak, through Abraham even Levi, who received tithes, paid tithes, for he was still in the loins of his father when Melchizedek met him,” (Hebrews 7:9-10).

Some of us need to repent for seeds we planted to our parents... lies you told ur parents, buying a dichotomous key.

Rev 3:7- there are spiritual doors in everyone's life.  For good and bad to come in a man's life there must be a door.

It's important to realize that not everything rises and successes on financial capital. i.e our politicians will seek spiritual cover to penetrate into the political arena. Musicians will seek for same to succeed in album break out.

There are businesses you cant operate as a believer and succeed. i.e mining business

Gal 6;7

Never too quick to judge someone by what you see today, they may be reaping good or bitter fruits of the seeds that were sown by their parents.

When God says a man shall reap what he sows it doesn't necessarily mean an individual it may be affected by what those who went ahead of him laid down.

Some of us struggle because we are the first generation to open and invest on this line the bigger the assignment the greater the capital required.

People affected by Negative capital

David - his father in Gen 38 and grandma Rahab a prostitute

Solomon - a double portion of his father and grandparents

Others will do extremely well despite their sweatless struggle because of the spiritual capital built up by their fathers.

People affected by Positive Capital

Solomon-  1st king's 11;34

Ismael - God made him great despite being a counterfeit of Gods original plan Gen 21;13

Esau - despite being robbed of his birthright still he was blessed( i.e he refused Jacobs's gift saying he had enough) because he was his father's best. His descendants were not destroyed by the Israelites on their way to Canaan.

2 Tim 1:5- Timothy had a rich spiritual capital for ministry explosion.

Ways of making spiritual deposits.

1. Giving.

Luke 18:18–30  - The rich young ruler had a good portfolio, investments, bank accounts but no spiritual investments.

The life of giver Cornelius. His giving reached God. That was his capital.

Acts 10:4 - Cornelius stared at him in fear. “What is it, Lord?” he asked. The angel answered, “Your prayers and gifts to the poor have come up as a memorial offering before God.

Phi 4;14-17 (read) Paul's desire was not their gift but that their spiritual accounts may have deposits

Ecc 11:1 - Cast your bread upon many waters, For you will find it after many days.

2. Prayer and fasting

Every time u spend an hour (Matt 26:14) In prayer you are making deposits into your spiritual account.

Something you struggling with today and no solution is coming even after trying all methods try this one last method prayer

When was the last time u lasted an hour in the house just in prayer?

When was the last time you had a family fasting programme? Days of Israelites even animals fasted.

3. Helping the needy, the elderly

When you help this you touch the heart of God, i.e Cornelius

When we assist somebody to get to where they desire to be God also lifts us to get to where we need to be. What you sow you reap pressed down...

Gen 12;2-3 Abraham was blessed to be a blessing to others

How to flush out evil deposits.

1. Repentance

It's the most important key in flushing out a past. In this case, we don't repent for our sins by sins committed before us resulting in evil deposits /negative capital in our spiritual accounts.

Matt 4:17 - From that time on Jesus began to preach, “Repent, for the kingdom of heaven has come near.”

For Jesus' assignment to be fulfilled he had to begin by flushing the existing work of the devil, to flash out.

2 Chronicles 7:14 - if my people, who are called by my name, will humble themselves and pray and seek my face and turn from their wicked ways, then I will hear from heaven, and I will forgive their sin and will heal their land.

Gideon was instructed to destroy his father's altar which would be his barrier to his destiny. He was instructed to build a new altar.

Mark 3:27 - In fact, no one can enter a strong man’s house without first tying him up. Then he can plunder the strong man’s house.

Matt 9;16,17 - New wine in old wineskins

Exodus 20:5-6

English Standard Version

5 (A)You shall not bow down to them or serve them, for I the Lord your God am (B)a jealous God, (C)visiting the iniquity of the fathers on the children to the third and the fourth generation of those who hate me, 6 but showing steadfast love to thousands[a] of those who love me and keep my commandments.

Evil deposits of sin and iniquity in a person's life can only be dealt with continuously seeking God for sanctification.

Sin - is a transgression against divine law.

Iniquity- is a repeated sin that is passed down to your descendants

Deep repentance is the process that we get new wineskin for the new wine, it is like washing a vessel that has been dirty for a long time, it may not be clean the first time but as you repeat it again and again it takes shape.

Salvation is instant but sanctification is a process. Our repentance on salvation needs continuous cleansing to be completely clean.

Prov 28;13 - he who conceals sun doesn't prosper but whoever confesses and renounces them finds mercy.

Acts 17;30 - in the past God overlooked such ignorance but now he commands all people everywhere to repent.
